Cellist Bronwyn Banerdt enjoys an active career as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral performer. She has concertized throughout the United States, Europe, Russia, and southern Africa, appearing with orchestras such as the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Houston Symphony, Albany Symphony, and New West Symphony. Ms. Banerdt has performed at Marlboro Music and appears regularly with the Jupiter Chamber Players.

She currently serves as principal cellist of Symphony in C and the Arcos Chamber Orchestra, and she frequently performs as a substitute with orchestras such as the New York Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra, Pittsburgh Symphony, and New Jersey Symphony. A native of Los Angeles, Ms. Banerdt earned her Bachelor’s Degree at age 19 from the University of Southern California and received subsequent degrees from The Curtis Institute of Music and The Juilliard School.
